I’m really excited to be joining the amazing team of presenters on JFSR. Like many of you, I've had a lifelong passion for soul and dance music. I grew up in the South of England and, in the early 1980s, discovered soul, funk, disco, jazz funk and electro and was absolutely hooked from day one. I bought my first album in 1983 called “In The Groove” and many more albums followed, along with concerts, club nights, just feasting on the music!

I moved to Christchurch - New Zealand in 1996 where I've been DJing for over 20 years, playing occasional gigs in clubs and bars and with 7 years of radio, where I co-hosted a popular Saturday morning house music show, on a small independent radio station here in Christchurch.

It’s amazing to be joining Jazz Funk Soul Radio. My weekly Friday night show will feature re-edits, remixes and remakes of classic soul, funk, disco and jazz funk tunes, together with contemporary soul, funk and disco inspired originals, all in the mix for 2 hours from 10:00pm…..setting the mood to kick off the weekend!!
