My show is the ‘ultimate collection’ of jazz funk and soul, featuring the classics, the rare and the new. The regular features include the soul train classic, the mellow moment, the essential remix, the 80’s Soul Weekender anthem and a touch of jazz. I joined JFSR.co.uk in January 2019 and this is my first radio show, having previously been a DJ in night clubs and at various events across the UK. I was featured in the book ‘The History of the UK Jazz Dance Scene’ written by Mark ‘Snowboy’ Cotgrove which focused on my residency at the Brunel Rooms Amphitheatre during the 1980’s which attracted jazz dancers from across the country. I have a wide taste in music across the full spectrum of jazz funk and soul and my favourite artists are George Benson, Stevie Wonder, Hi Tension and Incognito. My most treasured LPs include compilation albums called Jazz Juice, Jazz Funk Classics and Soul Motion. For requests and shout outs for my show please send and email or contact me through the JFSR Facebook Page.
