Ideal candidates should…

• Want to be the centre of attention with incredible, creative, charismatic presenting skills

• Have a love and passion for rhythmic soul, funk and dance music across the spectrum.

• Have broadcasting and on-air experience

• Be able to provide an audio demo with plenty of spoken links in order to be considered.

• Be responsible for managing their own shows playing genre specific music to enhance the growth of JFSR.
